A refreshing glass soba cup delicately decorated with seasonal Japanese motifs.

Fresh green maple leaves, kingfishers, and other flowers and scenes inspired by Japan’s changing seasons are carefully hand-painted using an overglaze decoration technique. After painting, each piece is fired at a low temperature to help fix the decoration to the surface, making it suitable for everyday use.

In addition to serving as a traditional soba cup, it can also be used as a small bowl, dessert cup, or for serving tea or chilled sake. Bringing a subtle sense of the seasons to your table, it is a versatile piece for everyday use and also makes a thoughtful gift.
