As we begin preparing your order for shipping immediately after it has been placed, cancellations are not accepted.

What should I do if the color or shape of the actual product is slightly different from the photo?

As the products we sell are handmade, each one may vary slightly in size, color, shape, and design.
Please understand that each item is handmade and therefore has individual differences. If you have any concerns, please contact us. (In principle, we will only accept returns within one week of your order, and only if the item is unused.)
Additionally, we have adjusted the product photos of each product to be as close to the actual product as possible, but please note that the color tone may appear different due to environmental factors such as the display.

If I purchase multiple items, can I choose items with the same texture?

As the products we sell are handmade, each one may vary slightly in size, color, shape, and design.
It may be difficult to provide an identical item, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I purchase products that are not listed on the online shop?

Yes, it is. If the product is not listed on our online shop but is sold in-store, we will allow you to complete the purchase procedure on our online shop. Please contact us using the inquiry form .

What should I do if the product is damaged?

Our products are ceramics (fragile), so they are carefully packed before delivery.
If there is any defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
