Each item is carefully wrapped and delivered to you directly from our store on Chawan-zaka in Kyoto.

Please let us know if you have a preference for "uchi-noshi" (inner gift wrapping) or "soto-noshi" (outer gift wrapping) when placing your order.
・Uchi-noshi (Inner gift wrapping)
The gift paper is placed directly on the product, which is then wrapped.
Since the gift paper is hidden inside the wrapping, it is less likely to get dirty or damaged during delivery, and it creates a modest and elegant impression.
This is recommended when sending gifts by mail.
・Soto-noshi (Outer gift wrapping)
The gift paper is placed over the wrapped product.
Because the purpose of the gift and the sender's name are visible at a glance, it is suitable for gifts being handed over in person or when you want to clearly convey the purpose of the gift.
For soto-noshi, we will wrap the package in plain white paper to ensure the gift paper does not get dirty or torn.

Paper bag, decorative box, wooden box
We offer paper bags in 4 different sizes. We will select the appropriate size based on the items you have purchased.
If you require more than one bag, please specify this when placing your order.
Recommended for casual gifts or as a present for everyday tableware.
With a clean and elegant finish, it is suitable for a variety of purposes.
To ensure your items are wrapped securely, we will select the most appropriate box based on their shape and size.
For artisan-made or special pieces, we offer the option of a wooden box. This provides a sophisticated presentation suitable for cherished gifts and commemorative items.

Delivery Information
Standard items will be shipped within a few business days after your order is confirmed.

Please note that orders requiring custom wooden boxes or special gift wrapping may take longer than usual to process.
If you are in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order.
If the billing address is different from the delivery address, we can ship directly to the recipient of your choice.
When sending as a gift, we will not include any documents showing the product price or total amount.
As these are fragile items, we will carefully pack them using cushioning materials tailored to the shape of the product and its box to protect them from impact during delivery.
For items with gift wrapping, we will also provide additional protective outer packaging for shipping.

Can I have items sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, you can. We can accept orders even if the purchaser and the delivery address are different.
Will price information be included?
For gift orders, we do not include any documents showing the price.
Can multiple items be wrapped together?
Yes, it is possible.
However, please note that depending on the combination of items, they may be shipped in multiple packages for safety reasons during delivery.
